The school improvement plan sets out the strategies we will adopt to secure and sustain school improvement. It brings together, in one purposeful, practical and coherent plan the school's priorities, reflecting the aims and values of the school for example:

• Brief contextual information, including a review of the previous year’s plan and its impact, a summary of data and Ofsted points for action
• The school’s aims and vision
• The strategic plan showing the proposed development for the medium term
• Action plans for each current priority identified.
